Letters Today, Leaders Tomorrow
Joining Greek Life, was not something I planned for when I began my studies at the University of Montana.
Not only did I find amazing connections but I found new passions as well. Holding a leadership position my freshman year as social media coordinator was so exciting and fulfilling. I found a new love for marketing and for leadership that I didn't know I had before. This lead me to holding my first executive position as President and now to my new executive role as VP of Marketing. If it wouldn't have been for that first position I wouldn't be where I am today or hold the organizational, management, or leadership skills I now possess.
I have Alpha Phi to thank for empowering me to have a voice and giving me an outlet to use it for the fraternity I hold so dear to my heart. I encourage all greek life members to run for a leadership position because you never know how beneficial it will be or where it will lead you.

Leadership Institute
The inaugural session of the Alpha Phi Leadership Institute happened this year in Orlando, FL! We were thrilled to work with Disney Institute to offer this three-day leadership development experience to our members. The Alpha Phi Leadership Institute kicked off with a welcome and fireworks. Alpha Phi members from throughout the U.S. and Canada began participating in the immersive curriculum that will give them the tools and skills to lead with purpose, create an environment of trust, understand the impact of their actions and more. Thank you to the generosity of the Alpha Phi Foundation for making this program possible!
